Hamilton man arrested; prescription drug task force investigates | News

HAMILTON, OH (FOX19) - Butler County Sheriff's have completed a month long narcotics investigation into a Hamilton man on probation.
The Butler County regional narcotics taskforce received information that Richard D. Mincher of Hamilton, was selling hydromorphone, oxycodone pills and other prescription medication.
During the investigation, agents found that Mincher was flying to Florida each month to obtain the pills to allegedly sell locally.
He was also receiving prescriptions for oxymorphone and oxycodone from an area doctor.
Members of the BURN task force along with Butler County Adult probation conducted a search of Micher's Parkamo Avenue residence. During the search, agents recovered a handgun, prescription medication,and approximately $7,000 in cash.
Mincher was arrested and transported to Butler County Jail on a probation violation.
Additional charges are pending.
