HAMILTON, OH (FOX19)- A second person who was wanted for a shooting in Hamilton has turned himself in to police.
Police had been looking for Tyler Clontz, 19, for his involvement in an incident that occurred Saturday on 930 Main Street.
At approximately 12:20 a.m., Jitanna Chambers and her boyfriend, Miquel Shavers, were at the BP Station at 930 Main Street. While there, an acquaintance of theirs asked them to meet him behind the building. When Chambers drove to the rear of the building, Michael Dewayne Phillips was standing there brandishing a shotgun.
At that point, Shavers took off running and Phillips fired the shotgun several times at him. Phillips then came back towards Chambers' vehicle, firing another shot at the side of her car. No one was injured during this incident.
