Primary Health Solutions | Doctors & Clinics

Primary Health Solutions is a non-profit, safety-net healthcare provider with three health centers located in Hamilton and Middletown.  A dental center is located at our Middletown site. At these centers we serve thousands each year who would otherwise go without medical or dental treatment. Our patients range from newborns to seniors, and we proudly boast bilingual staff to accommodated our Spanish-speaking patients.

As we all know, health care costs are too high for many families to bear and the uninsured and underinsured population is rising. When a family goes without insurance coverage we all suffer. These individuals are more likely to wait when they need treatment, resulting in costly trips to the emergency room that we all pay for as well as potential health risks. Primary Health Solutions offers an alternative for uninsured families that keeps our community healthy and our health insurance costs from rising further.

The mission of Primary Health Solutions is to improve community wellness through access to quality, affordable primary healthcare. Our goal is not just to offer medical care to our patients, but to offer quality care with a variety of needed services. Referrals ....and much more. In addition to our health centers and dental center, Primary Health Solutions is also the grantee for the Butler County WIC program (Women, Infants, and Children). We work closely with WIC, ensuring that our patients who are parents-to-be and/or have young children get the most comprehensive care possible.
